Step #3 of the Member Sign-Up process is where you will have to provide contact information about a member and where the member's country is required...

1. Under the Primary Address section and next to the Country field, you will see "Show All"...please click "Show All" to expand the list of available countries
   
   
   
2. Once the list of available counties is expanded, you should be able to find and select any country from the drop-down list
